Room smells cigarettes so bad even it is nonsmoking hotel.

It was definitely an interesting trip this time... But I will say that the front desk staff is always helpful. I had an issue with my reservation and a lovely girl i will call her J because i dint wanna butcher her name went out of her way to help me get situated 2x. She didn't have to be as nice and perky at 8am with a million questions but sh was. She definitely is an above and beyond employeees

Staff was very friendly, housekeeping does an excellent job everything was spotless. They offer a lot of options for breakfast and it was delicious. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

An OK place to stay This was a good place to stay after a long day. It was comfortable. The cage around the smoke alarm could use a good cleaning. Bed was comfortable. There was a problem checking in. The Hotels.com agent we called was dense, but the hotel person was kind and accommodating. When reserving two rooms through Hotel's come the hotel processed each as a separate transaction and that caused an issue with the Credit card company. We did eventually get to the room.
