Hotels.com did not reserve a non-smoking room for me and did not release my contact information to the hotel so the hotel had no way to contact me confirming arrangements. Hotel staff were able to provide acceptable accommodations upon arrival and were very kind and helpful.
The hotel was in a very confident location to everything
I like the pricing, I believe it's just right. Problems are always dealt with in a timely fashion. I do not like that the continental breakfast is just oatmeal packets, gronola bars and muffins with coffee. Not a lot of substance.
Best Extended Stay that I have stayed at by far. The two girls that work the night shift are amazing and do everything they can to make your stay relaxing especially the one who should live there. She works like 80 hours a week and still greets you with a smile and never had an attitude even though you know she had to be tired. I will def stay here again.
Canine Themed Hotel Embraces an affinity for dogs. Nice ammenities, lots of USB outlets. Great location for shopping and eateries.
Best Extended Stay Room was clean, bed was comfortable. I actually had enough towels for a few days. They provide you any dishes you may need and I ran out of laundry detergent and the woman at front desk gave me packets for free. Compared to all other hotels I've stayed in this was by far the best.
