Decent hotel but for an extended stay there was very little in the room. Also the bare minimum for toiletries was supplied. The staff and service was otherwise good. It was a little dusty but the bed/linens were clean and there was no smoke smell in our nonsmoking room.

This Extended stay in kent has done a complete transformation in the last year. I know this will probably upset smokers,but when they take there 4th floor smoking rooms will be a non-smoking hotel like it should be already since its been pretty much the law. I know they will have to strip each room down to nothing. Throw everything away. You cant take cigarette smoke out of beds and the furniture will be removed and then these hotels will be that much better.
