noise I was put in a room right next to people who kept me up all night,The were loud, slamming door, et.etc,etc..There were not many people in the hotel and i don't know why they put two customers so close together..Also an alarm n the other room next to me or below me was going off all night..Not a good experience..

Disappointing Even we got the room on sale, it's still not worth because the overall condition of the room is not comfortable for the family, the bathroom's exhaust isn't working, there is not enough toilettries, pillows aren't comfortable.

Awful The floor was dirty with stains. The Shower faucet and handle was broken, meaning they weren't attached to the wall you could pull them away from the wall. Breakfast consisted of apples and muffins. Beds consisted of 2/3 pillows, very outdated and old furniture. For what they charge a night it was not worth it and things should have been much, much better. Would not stay at that hotel again.

Not very clean I used a handicap room, the shower dripped all the time, there was black mold about 4-5 inches high On a wall close to the shower VERY evident. The tile floor had orange mold about 6-8 inches from shower toward toilet.It showed me they don't clean very well,or don't care for the health of there patrons.

Extended Stay in Lynnwood, WA stay somewhere else Stayed here about 5 years ago. Thought it was a nice place. Stayed here over Thanksgiving for a week, 2011 and was so disappointed. No amenities here. No maid service, no breakfast of any kind. We had to dump our own trash, ask the front desk every time we needed towels, coffee, toilet paper -- never saw a maid. I believe that because we had a discounted room they put us in the worst room at the end of the hotel where the most parking lot traffic was (constant day and night).... read more

sleeping on a box My wife did not want to sleep on the bed ... She ended up sleeping on the chair. In the morning she said "I was lucky with that chair". My 11 years old said daddy " this bed feeling like sleeping on a box".

Nice Staff, but NEVER AGAIN!! GROSS- But nice staff, good price, good location. There was a very nasty large stain on our coverlet and the bed was squeeky and hard as a rock. There was also an odar in the air I could not place. The heat was hard to control and the walls and ceiling were paper thin.

Overpriced The hotel appears nice but it is just the surface. Bed felt like it was sheets over a board (and that is saying something as I like to camp with a pad on the ground). Hotel staff and guest can be clearly heard in the room so no sound proofing. I stay with my dog and they charged 1/2 the room rate for the dog but no ameneties for the dog. No place to walk them close to the hotel. Air conditioner in the room did not keep the room cool and no fan in the bathroom. I will not be staying again.
