Smelly & Bad Shower The outside of the hotel and even the lobby appeared okay, but my room smelled like someone had lived in it and smoked for years. I'm not really a very picky person, but I didn't even leave my clothes in the room because I was worried they would smell like a smoker. The shower was finicky. I had a hard time getting the water warm, let alone hot, and at one point there wasn't enough pressure to even get the shower turned on...I just had a little dribble coming out of the bath faucet.

Very thin walls. The walls were so thin, I could hear everything in every room around me, every door slamming, conversations, T.V.s, cabinets and cupboards opening/closing. I got there and the bed in my room had been clearly used, so I asked for another room, which I promptly received, but even though it was "clean", my shoes stuck to the floor with each step. I went to the store to get Clorox Wipes to wipe the floor and other surfaces. You have to request dishes to be brought to your room, but there was no dish soap. They s... read more

There was blood on my bedding. Got told I would get called about a refund and never did. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this location. I stay at different extended stays all the time and this one was horrible.

Convenient location, but old and run down Would not recommend. Staff was not very friendly and the room was old and had a distinct smell. Also, This hotel should not claim they have breakfast.

Great Location This was a last minute reservation as it had become very difficult to get what we wanted at a good price. In desperation, we asked for a two star at a lower price, and this is what we got. I guess it proves that you get what you pay for. The floors looked old and faded, the desk staff were not very helpful, but the room was a good size, the beds were comfortable and the location was great!

Great Location. Understaffed. I arrived at 3pm. First room had a stain on the duvet. Called guest services. Offered to change duvet. Then offered to switched rooms which I was fine with the decision. There is shampoo offered, no conditioner. Coffee maker but no coffee. Everything that is offered for the pantry is available. However due to understaff, takes a while or you may need to go down to the front desk to pick it up yourself. Room was clean. Bathroom is clean. Fridge is clean. Bare basics. Kitchen utensils/plates/cooking pots not in room but could to be ordered from front desk. Continental breakfast consisted of coffee, granola bars, packaged muffin, apples, packaged oatmeal. Shower nozzle was hand-held type. There were no hairdryers in the room but they were available by walking to the front desk and asking for one. No privacy sheer curtains for main floor room facing parking lot, only blackout drapes. Run Down Hotel ... Not Clean My wife and I stayed here overnight on our way to Canada. One of the WORST hotels I've ever been in. Toilet wasn't clean and we had to ask for 4 additional towels because the 4 we had all had hair in them. Bed was uncomfortable and the room was damp smelling. Do yourself a favor and book a Motel 6 for better quality and cheaper price....
