Unclean room My room was dirty. The floor had not been swept as there were food crumbs all over floor; the bathroom counter and sink had small piece of black hair all over it. It had not been wiped or cleaned at all. Overall, I would not stay there again. By the time I got settled into my room, i was too exhausted to complain. I prayed for clean sheets on my bed. Not a good choice

Really....? Was up on family emergency No time or care when checking n But! Then realized there wasn't a coffee maker or even a glass plactic or otherwise to just get a drink of water Let alone a hair dryer or iron n ironing board No room cleaning Not what I expected for the price an quite honestly I wasn't expecting very much but that was even less

not recommend there is a smell in the whole hotel. the grab and go breakfast is almost no choice and limited quantity. the only good is the laundry room.

Close ti my office, while on business Was very disappointed to find out they only have housekeeping once a week. No coffee maker in the room and if I needed towels, I would have to haul the others downstairs and get new ones. Also no foam pillows, only feather ones. Not sure I would return to the hotel again. Staff was very friendly and polite.

Disappointed All the Way Around We have stayed at other Extended Stay Americas, but this was the first one we were disappointed in. I had paid for a studio with a king size bed, but they only had a queen available. No excuses, no apologies. Then the clerk could not get the card key machine to work to create our room keys. Last minute booking Left a day early. Walking into the lobby it smelled like smoke. Room had dirt and hairs on the floor and tub in the bathroom. A layer of dust on the stove hood. The room smelled like someone was trying to cover up the smell of smoke. We could not stand another night in that room.

Just okay The staff were helpful and pleasant. No complaints there. Although this was an extended stay hotel, the rooms did not have ovens, just microwaves and a stove top. Also, the rooms were not stocked with glasses, plates, silverware, or pots and pans. I had to call the front desk, tell them what I wanted, and go down and get them. Worst stay ever They only clean the rooms 1 a week. My room smelt like fish when I called down for them to bring some type of air freshener they said they would be right up 3 hrs later no one still showed up so I had to go to the market and by one my self. The side security doors on the hotel were not working so u always had to go in at the mail lobby. I will never stay here again
