Never been to this area before I was unpleasantly surprised upon check-in because I had booked a room with two beds and somehow the reservation had gone in as one king size bed. That was not going to work for me at all, plus the hotel staff said they were sold out of the rooms we needed. Thankfully they comped us a second room at no charge for the mistake. Bed Bugs!!!!!!!!!! Stayed 3 nights. Night 2 and 3 woke up to multiple bed bug bites. About 22 to be exact.

Can't sleep The fridge in the room is very noisy, my son and I can't sleep for the whole night. No hair blower in hotel room, but the location is good, near mall and grocery stores. If you are ok with sound while sleeping, this hotel is ok.

Older hotel cosmetically fixed up, smells old Requested room on top floor to avoid noise, other guests were loud, up all night, dogs running in halls, free breakfast was a joke.

Competition has much more to offer. Was unaware of not having daily room-cleaning service. Had evening meeting first night. Upon returning to the room after a late business-dinner meeting, found the bed not made, bathroom not re-organized(towels, etc.), large-live-bug on living room carpet, and one table-lamp-light out. Coffee/cream was not replenished as well. Had to dress and use elevator to obtain at main desk in early morning. Breakfast items very limited. A Mess In a short 3 day stay, the water was completely off for half of a day (a notice was given it would be out from 12-2pm but it was off from 12-6pm). Oh let's see what else: 3 lights were out. The hot and cold water on the kitchenette sink were backwards. There was NO cold water option on the bath/shower -- the temperature range went from scalding to still Very Hot. The property is well placed next to a Whole Foods, shopping and the freeway -- they just really need to get their maintenance act together.

Disappointing We stayed in a King room and found the bedding to be very dissapointing. The blanket on the bed was old and thin and the bedspread was there for looks only, providing no warmth. I haven't been to a hotel for a while that didn't use bedding that you knew had been cleaned after every guests stay, and I doubt the bedspread was. The fridge hummed loudly for most of the night then when it did shut off, when it started up again, it was loud enough to wake me up. Just ok Everything was fine about this hotel but the fact that there was nothing but a bar of soap. No hairdryer and not shampoo so make sure you bring your own. We asked for a hairdryer to be brought to the room and after 20 minutes of waiting, went to the front desk to find 2 front desk employees just talking and pretty much didn't care about bringing it to me.
