Local businesses within walking distance a huge plus! Kitchen not stocked, even after my requests. So no toaster etc. Over 2 weeks I rented 6 rooms for family in town for a wedding. Employees smoke too close to building and open windows. Local city police cruise all parking lots in community, so you feel safer with their presence.
