I really like staying at these Extended Stays but my only complaint with every single one is that they never mop the wood floors. Drop water on a floor and wipe it up and the towel is always black after. I don't get it. Other than that this property had super friendly staff and an area for our dogs to relieve themselves.

Almost good. It was 6:00 pm when I arrived at the hotel only to find out that my room wasn't ready due to housekeeping staffing issues. At first I was informed that it should be ready in two hours. After discussing options I was told that the room would be cleaned within half an hour. Once I checked in, I found the room to be pleasant and clean.
