The customer service was wonderful and the room was clean and the front desk got me checked in quickly

No house keeping 4 day The trash sitting underneath the stairs 3 days when I come out the room the trash right in front off my room

Okay place, not the cleanest. Pretty much on your own for necessities, you have to go to the lobby for everything.

We could not use the heat or air conditioning because the fire alarm would go off.....the system smelled like it was burning.....

Didn't check in, still got charged I had a reservation, but i didn't check in. I still got charged. Not really happy about that

The place wasn’t clean like the table was dirty and sticky and the smell was not pleasant.
