Not even a water glass? I booked this online, based on past memory of the Southcenter area. Apparently, this was now a more crime filled area, and the hotel was hard to find. As a single woman arriving late, the lobby was locked and parking was around the corner in the dark from my room. All doors were to the outside and I could see the outside through the cracks. can't be beat for the price! I've stayed at this extended stay numerous times in the past year and never had any issues. Its definitely not anything fancy or the place for a romantic or relaxing vacation but if your traveling for business, with children, or to visit family for the weekend you can't beat the cost & convienent location
good location, close by car at any point good hotel to stay for a few days in the city, next to the airport, and the freeways to go anywhere

Good location, access to highway and shopping very Good room but noisy outside due to highway! Sound insulation okay. Quick and easy access to shopping malls, highway entrance and airport.

overnight stay prior to returning home only thing that could be better was the tv needs to be raised, difficult to see from bed as it was too low

Close to Airport and all highways We spent a comfortable week in your hotel, it was clean and everything worked. The staff were very helpful and friendly, (over and above), we will certainly stay there again on our next trip.

otherwise a 2.5 or 3 star During the night, the refrigerator occasionally made a loud bang and the linens had a foul smell. The staff genuinely tried to find the linen problem and it appears to come from something added to the dryer. Also, the kitchen and bath area in the room had a nice wood vanier floor, though when a damp towel touched the floor and came up filthy it appeared cleaning was mostly vacuuming.

Cheap hotel, close to airport We stayed here for a single night. The only thing we didn't like was how much you could hear from the outside as well from other rooms. This made sleeping at night a little uneasy.
