nice place It was ok for price heater did not work in first room but they were able to accommodate and switch me to another room will stay again
simple but effective hotel The hotel is pretty basic but offers easy access to freeway. Nice to be close to the mall.
Cleanliness It was ok sometimes and really good sometimes. They wo not like that they should clean the room as much as you want it cleaned not clean you room unless your stay has been 8 days. Did Not like that they should clean the room as much as you want it clean.
Great staff Get away with friends. Room was clean, bed was a little uncomfortable, but for the location and price, it was great. Staff was really nice. Would totally book again.

Not even a water glass? I booked this online, based on past memory of the Southcenter area. Apparently, this was now a more crime filled area, and the hotel was hard to find. As a single woman arriving late, the lobby was locked and parking was around the corner in the dark from my room. All doors were to the outside and I could see the outside through the cracks. can't be beat for the price! I've stayed at this extended stay numerous times in the past year and never had any issues. Its definitely not anything fancy or the place for a romantic or relaxing vacation but if your traveling for business, with children, or to visit family for the weekend you can't beat the cost & convienent location
good location, close by car at any point good hotel to stay for a few days in the city, next to the airport, and the freeways to go anywhere

Good location, access to highway and shopping very Good room but noisy outside due to highway! Sound insulation okay. Quick and easy access to shopping malls, highway entrance and airport.
