Nice hotel and friendly staff Check-in was easy and room was clean. The individual working the front desk even called after we had a chance to settle in to make sure our room was to our liking. Coffee was good, and when I needed some change to do a load of laundry the staff was fast to accommodate. The only thing uncomfortable about our stay was the bed and pillows - both were fairly flat and stiff. We would stay here again.

Shabby Hotel close to SeaTac Taxi driver from SeaTac didn't know where it was so it took much longer than it should have. It's located behind a furniture store and office building. We arrived after 9 PM (PST) and the door of the lobby was locked - what does that say about the neighborhood, I wonder? It's a motel set-up with all doors opening onto a balcony. Very shabby and basic.

Good room but far from everything The room was ok considering we were placed in a handicapped room for some odd reason. The first day the shower overflowed because there was no tub or anything to stop the water. We had to use our towels and there was no room service daily, we had to go to the front desk for new ones. The room was clean however, no bed bug bites and the bed was comfy. 1st time but not the last No night stand on both sides of the bed , but everything else was perfect, this is the 1st / only room I've stayed in and everywhere was clean, the corners in the bathroom were very clean, more than enough towels were available.

vacation Difficult to find!!! Comfortable bed. Traffic noise!
Affordable hotel, close to where we needed to be Hotel wasn't bad for what we paid. When I booked didn't give me the choice of smoking or non smoking room. So that was a big downfall. Window was broken so we couldn't have fresh air, breakfast they provided was mediocre.. Staff was very nice
