decent value nice staff. bad rooms and maintenance
Going downhill We've stayed at this Extended Stay a number of times over the past few years and it is just going downhill. The rooms no longer have kitchen equipment in the room. You have to call the front desk and tell them what you want. That took 2 attempts. The bathroom had 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper when we checked in. I looked and there was no other roll available. Considering we were staying 3 nights, I figure we would need some more. When we asked at the front desk for more TP, the woman actually said 'You used up... read more
Not worth it There was a long line to check in because people were busy complaining about their room. The room had no towels and it took so long to get them in the morning that I didn't have time to eat the free breakfast befor I had to leave to go to work.
Usual Extended Stay experience Nothing more is expected in extended stay. The hotel requires maintenance. Otherwise good experience.

Wifi needs improvement, neighborhood was nice... Room was decent. Wifi was not. I often had to connect to my hotspot to get anything downloaded. Also, staff did not respond to my request for changing a light fixture so that it would work next to the bed. I will say they did take the extra time to make sure my bookings were correct and that I had the room type that I requested.

Overall good stay Decent location, 3 miles from a major train station secaucus junction, 10 minute ride into penn station nyc from there. Overall good stay no extras just a basic room with a small kitchen
