The place was very convenient for the meadows convention center, my only few issues I had were the toilet didn’t flush (eventually it would) but that was annoying, in the middle of night 12am Friday the fire alarm started blaring. I asked for utensils to be brought up to my room and was told give them 10minutes and they never came so I just went to go get it. And my tv in the room talked “power on/off” or “volume up” “changing channel” I couldn’t figure out how to turn that off so I just didn’t mess with it. But every night ... read more

We stayed for 4 days , 3 nights . Yes the pool is closed . The breakfast is a breakfast to go .. so coffee and muffin however since our room was equipped with a top stove . We requested frying pan/plates and forks. There was a minor inconvenience and the employee was really great and assisted us. Great service from Front desk . No alarms went off during our stay ! The reviews definitely made me a little skeptical but honestly we had a great stay and the room was perfect and the bus right in front of the hotel takes you straight into the city. It was great if you’re going to be not in the room majority of the time but either way the room was clean and we had a good time and would stay here again. There was no loud noise at all
Not the best place, but not terrible either. Staff is super nice. The place is a bit rundown but it's worth the price, and the area is great!

The property had major water damage and dehumidifiers/fans where turning everywhere and quite loudly. The first room we were assigned had a very strong cigarette smell and fortunately a nice employee helped us to change rooms (it was already after 11pm). The new room had no smell but the rooms are very dated and run-down.
