Nos dieron una habitación triple en vez de cuádruple. No nos hicieron ni caso en recepción, nos dijeron que no había habitaciones disponibles. Una trabajadora de origen colombiano muy amable apareció en nuestro rescate y nos trasladó a una habitación con sofá cama doble (resulta que sí había). El personal de recepción horrible, la trabajadora de 10. Afortunadamente hay gente buena dispuesta a ayudar cuando tienes un problema

Right next to busstation. Not the greatest rooms, but for the price and considering the location, pretty great

Well situated next to a bus stop(320) that will get you downtown NYC in less than 30 minutes. However...this hotel is in dire need of a refurbish. Grungy also. Very noisy as you are near Patterson blvd. Godd selection of restaurants nearby.

I really like that the bus stop was in front of the hotel, it really made my life easier
Hotel is near to the bus stop. Nothing else near the hotel, walmart is around 0.75 miles. Over all it was a good stay, you need to have everything with you like food, water, etc.
