Good room & location
Spacious rooms. Strategic location. Approachable staff. Minus factors: Non-functioning light bulbs. Dim light. Some kind of smell when we entered our room, thus we ended up opening our windows to allow ventilation.

Nos dieron una habitación triple en vez de cuádruple. No nos hicieron ni caso en recepción, nos dijeron que no había habitaciones disponibles. Una trabajadora de origen colombiano muy amable apareció en nuestro rescate y nos trasladó a una habitación con sofá cama doble (resulta que sí había). El personal de recepción horrible, la trabajadora de 10. Afortunadamente hay gente buena dispuesta a ayudar cuando tienes un problema
