The hotel is very convenient to the Celtic Trade Show we attend yearly. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was infested with ants when we got there, the staff did not seam to care at all- told us they do not have housekeeping there on the day that we got there. There was 6 of us staying in the room and we only were left with 4 towels we went down to get more and they were very rude about it, handing us a bag and telling us to bring the others down which made zero since considering we had not used them yet. Our stay was mediocre the floor by the door was dirty the bathroom door didn't lock the pillows were flat and the sofa bed had no sheets but the one concierge by the name of Josue was very polite and accommodating he did his job and more very well.

The property was close to restaurants and attractions but the service was lacking. Front desk you had to wait for someone to come and you have to take your dirty linen to front desk to exchange for clean linen daily. Not a pleasant experience.
