Best staff The staff there are the best. They have been very accommodating and helpful. I recommend this extended stay to everyone coming to the NY area.

Not a good hotel For every small thing, I had to make a request, nothing is available by default. For example, I booked the room with kitchen, however they won't provide kitchen items unless u request them. It was not so clean room. The sofa bed was horrible.

They should not advertize breakfast, it consist of package muffins, instant oat meal, and coffee. Rooms are dated and in need of renovations.

Check other options first We checked in, and got into our room. There was stuff on the floor and it looked like nobody cleaned. Hair was in the sink, and crumbs were on the table. The pool had so much chemicals it burned your eyes. For breakfast it’s a grab and go, but we would go down for a muffin and they would be out. Pretty disappointed, I won’t be staying here again
