This is the first time I have ever seen an Extended Stay looking this way. I have stayed in multiple Extended Stays. The places need a very big renovation. Floors, cabinets, and the bathroom poorly maintained. The photos for advertisement is way off. But the staff is very pleasant and understood our issues and didn’t hesitate to refund the funds and apologize. I believe they knew how bad the rooms are. Kodos for the staff! We get there around 10:15 pm, after driving 9 hours and we get there to find the hotel closed. Who ever knew a hotel closed?! We had to wait 30 mins after such a long exhausting drive just for someone to come check us in. The beds were NOT comfortable, it felt like straight springs. They don’t offer breakfast, first hotel I’ve been to that didn’t offer it.
