Roaches everywhere. The staff was kind and accomadating but the bugs were all over the place. If that’s something you’re cool with then stay here, otherwise find another hotel. Completely infested

My room was missing a lock to the door, had other peoples hair on the bed sheets and blankets, and had cockroaches in the bathroom, I was very uncomfortable and did not feel safe

Horrible customer service, dirty, smelly and not safe to stay. Stay away from this place. Pay $20 extra and stay somewhere else and thank me later.

Nobody help after 10pm cause front desk close at that time Let the guest by himself that was not cool at all And let people know that after midnight you charge them for none show

2 minutes I arrived at 12:02 driving in from Ohio. Te desk clerk refused to check me in stating that there were no check ins after midnight. No where on the reservation or confirmation did it state this. They refused to refund me. 2 minutes.
