The staff was friendly and when I needed a little extra help getting the TV going and laundry detergent they were very accommodating. As it relates to the facility itself I was very disappointed. The whole place smells like stale damp cigarettes and needs some major TLC. A 'grab and go" breakfast was suppose to be provided daily, but for the first 3 days only beat up granola bars (nature's valley} were available on the 4th day packaged muffins showed up, day five oatmeal showed up. The air conditioning was leaking the room smelled horrible
