The staff were friendly and very helpful with good follow up. They seemed genuinely concerned about whether I needed anything and even provided me with coffee filters when I asked. The room was big with a full kitchen area, full-sized refrigerator, sofa, and a comfortable bed. Housekeeping is provided on request, it is not a given. I was only there a couple of days so did not utilize it but you need to know to ask for it if it is important to you. It was really good...the only thing I was so HOT at night the air did not work according to tempt on the AC. I stay hot but it was a good stay. They we're polite.
