Honest Review Our first room we checked into wasn’t clean, pizza boxes food left, and beds not made. That issue was quickly resolved. We called down to get more towels we were told to “come and get them ourselves.” Anything we had a question about or asked for was answered with an attitude or opposition. Not the best customer service.

Decent hotel, nothing special Hotel staff was confused about my room at first, took a couple tries to get me to a clean room with a working key. Hotel was decent, broken amenities, lock on the door didn’t work. Average for the cost

Good area - poor comfort I liked the location, easy enough to get in and out of, good feel of the surrounding area. The bed and pillows wasn’t comfortable to me, and heard some outside noise when trying to fall asleep. Other than that staff was polite and helpful.

Great location - subway noise a problem. This hotel literally backs up to the subway tracks heading to/from the adjacent MARTA station. This meant that you could hear each and every train that came into/left the station.
