Ugh No coffee no ice. Had to swap rooms to find a tv that barely works. Hotel is smoke free but had weird smells all mixed together.
There was not a specific area for the dogs to go to the bathroom. It was on the side of a rocky hill with no grassy area. The poop bin was overflowing and there were no dog bags. I paid via Expedia and when I got to the hotel they charged my card again. Said they would take care of it and charged my pet fee twice as well. The room was clean enough and the a/c worked on and off.
I don't usually write reviews, but there were bugs crawling on the floor in this place. Nobody should have to live like that. The staff member we met was very helpful in providing a refund.
