They charged an extra 65.00 Twice over what I already paid..after I asked him several times what was the 65.00 for when I was already charged 97.00 for each room plus 100.00 for each room as a deposit in case anything happens to the room ..very un professional

unsatisfied They gave me a hard time about a payment that wasn’t on the app and had to give them my last because I couldn’t cancel do it would have taken 7-10 days for my money to be on my card

Go elsewhere Andre is a real CLOWN. I got to the property before 10 and was waiting in line, he moved as slow as he could and after he slowly checked in the people in front of me he closed the window and said "you should of been here before 10 l'm a regular employee" '. Learn customer service! Told me to call a number and no one answered. It's on camera I was in there before 10. It’s been a hassle getting my stolen money back

Elevator shut down at night . Stair full of smoke smell . Room key doesn’t work even try many times to fix .

Stay somewhere else! Well. It says a lot when the hotel employees leave and are no longer available after 10pm. The key card doors don’t lock on the outside doors do not work at all, so whomever can just walk in. This wasn’t a hotel or any extended stay I’ve even been to and I travel for a living the last 7 years. … upon entering the unit there was rust all over the fridge that had been spray painted black.
