The front desk clerk shun was very helpful and nice I addressed my problems and he was right on it without any problem I really appreciate him and that need more like that thanks

My reservation was not honored. I was supposed to have a room with 2 Queen sized beds and was told all they had left was a room with 2 Doubles. I was told, basically, take it or leave it. They had overbooked and I diidn't have an option, other than go somewhere else.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself had poor heating and the water did not get hot for showers

When I went to check out I didn't find anyone, so I waited 40 min. Then I had to return later because I couldn't continue waiting. That was the only thing.
