Their "Grab and Go" free breakfast is substandard Hotel feels beat-up and low quality, but the people there were nice, the rooms were clean. Mostly I think that their breakfast doesn't really qualify as breakfast. I think it consisted of a small collection of fruit, individually packaged commercial muffins, and coffee. Out of town business trip Just what was needed for a long out of town business trip
Pet friendly accommodation in Atlanta area The staff without exception were excellent. This is a lower budget hotel so do not expect everything to be shiny and new. But it is good value in the low budget range. Please bear in mind his hotel is pet friendly which can often translate to not people friendly. The neighbors dog barked throughout the night keeping us awake. The staff worked with us to find a solution to this. Great Service, Poor Room Conditions The room was a full suite with kitchen, desk, closet, queen size bed, but there were Buffalo Wild Wings left overs in the fridge along with chick fil a salad and a very large unopened bottle of wine. I couldn't throw it all away in my trash can since I didnt qualify for housekeeping (I only stayed two nights) so I had to take them downstairs and throw them away at alternate locations which I felt uncomfortable doing with the bottle of wine. best yet I have been traveling all summer and have stayed at a bunch of different hotels in many different places. This hotel has not only been the most flexible and efficient but the employees have been the nicest I have encountered in the atlanta area. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future and recommending it to others.
