Different from the other Extended Stay I'm not sure if the hotel accommodations changed since it is more of a facility for people living there now, not just staying for a week for business or pleasure. The room was completely bare of dishes or coffee maker. We had to call and get a huge bin of items and bring them up. The bed was so hard that I would wake up crying from my back hurting. Serves the purpose, for the price.... I had to come to Atlanta for an emergency, my family member was involved in a pretty bad motor vehicle accident. Because it was a last minute thing, I had a great deal of trouble finding a flight, hotel, car for a reasonable price. I needed a hotel that was close to my family's ATL residence and that is ultimately how I found this one. The Extended Stay is about 15 minutes away. Nice, clean, quiet place to stay Everything was great. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff were very helpful and professional. Heather in particular checked us in and made us feel very welcome.

Just what I needed. In town for the weekend. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay there again.

Comfy The lady at the front desk was very nice, and helpful. The place itself looked to be in need of some repairs/updating, but all in all the stay was comfortable, and nestled in a very quiet area.

Location was near University and local restaurants Room was clean and smelled clean which is very important. Kitchen area needs update as well as the bathroom. Lobby area is small and kind of weird. Breakfast was grab and go style: muffins, granola bars, coffee, etc.. Hallways were discouraging in appearance.

Okay hotel, great staff, older building Halls stank of old smoke and burnt bread. But room was okay and had no bad smell. I would recommend the Town Center Extended Stay that's down the street over this one. However, Kennesaw is amazingly gorgeous.

Needs improving. Front desk clerk was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Room was not comfortable not clean.
