It was a very peaceful clean room. The staff was thoughtful as well.
Early check-in
I had several huge issues with this hotel, BUT the staff made all the difference. They were excellent: understanding and accommodating. Jessica and her manager are who you need when things aren't going well.
Most of the staff were okay and helpful. However, there was a slightly heavy set , light complexion African American female staff that wore eyeglasses in the front desk. She unrofessional and spoke to people in a undermining way. I was not the only person that she interacted with this way. She was confrontational. one of her colleagues attempted to arrange for me to get housekeeping by writing a note because he was not sure of the process because that was not his role. Mediocre at it’s best This place is fairly new but already has hella roaches. The front desk hours are crazy. No coffee maker or anything in the room! For this price there’s no reason why there’s not even shampoo and conditioner in the room. Upon checking in we removed the sheets to put our own on to be met by disgusting mattress covers… we politely replaced the sheets and then our own.
