Mostly Good My only issue is the heating/cooling unit. It is either on or off, there is no thermostat to control the temperature and automatically control the unit. That means the room is either too cool or too warm much of the time. It is very quiet which is a bit surprising given that it is fairly full. Overall the hotel is fine for the price and the location is terrific.
Great room for the money Great hotel, room even had pots and pans. We stayed for one week so we used the stove a couple of times. The fridge and coffee maker came in handy, even a microwave! We did not use the toaster or the dvd player but overall the room was very cozy and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was very friendly, great area, clean room and grounds. Needs a little "TLC" The room set-up was very nice, however there were some aging, aesthtic problems. They could use a little paint, a little sprucing up, but nothing major. In fact we hope to stay there again. The staff was exceptionally nice & friendly...is very convieniently located next to restaurants, attractions, etc. Was a GREAT deal!

Staff never showed up for check-in. Reservation was canceled after I waited in the lobby for 2 hours. This was very inconvenient when I came in from out of town. Very unprofessional...

El hotel se utiliza para dar alojamiento a personas sin hogar y lo utilizan para ahí vivir. Nos tocó la experiencia de persona drogada intentando abrir habitaciones. La habitación que se asignó estaba sucia al parecer estaba habitada. Se nos cambió de habitación pero estaba con las sábanas sucias. No nos sentimos seguras y pedimos Cambio de hotel y reembolso. Muy mala experiencia

Front desk staff was extremely rude an unprofessional. Whole experience with the pre-booking was awful and difficult-putting it nicely. She would not give us our room, or a refund, or even let us pay what she said “we owed for the room”- even though we booked and paid online. We wound up driving 3 hours home.
