I honestly need to speak to customer service about the whole experience. The room they put me in had NOT been cleaned. No sheets on the bed, rotting food remnants in the fridge, whole room smelled rotten, bathroom wasn’t clean. Soap fragments left on sink, tub and shower dirty with dried brown residue in the bottom. The second room they moved us to had no trash can and the tv didn’t work but they had no other rooms available. The room also didn’t have sheets for the pull out couch. Room smelled like smoke. The area has plenty of shopping and food options but the hotel leaves something to be desired. There can definitely be some improvements

It was awful. It was so bad that we, thankfully, were able to cancel, get fully refunded and leave. I booked 2 rooms for my family. The first room was tolerable but not the second room. It had no working light in the bathroom with part of the light fixture laying on the sink. There also was no shower curtain and a toilet plunger on the floor in the kitchen. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!! First off, the only reason I chose this place was due to the location being close to Truist Park Stadium for the concert I was attending. The lobby looks NOTHING like the photo. We got there about 7/7:30p, there was nobody at the front desk to check us in. We stood there for about 6/7 minutes waiting for someone after pressing the bell. I finally called the toll free number to get someone to check us in. DO NOT STAY HERE This location was not what i wanted for the cost. No linen security latch broke. ONE small old flat screen. Place utilized as residential. Front desk rude. I will never book again. This place was worth 50 dollars a night.
The worst extended stay ever! The hotel smelled nasty, the front desk closed early with metal roll up window so no service available. Our room had blood splatter in multiple different spots, especially the bathroom. The fridge didn’t even have a door handle on it. Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in some bad ones.
Property is ok but the staff is terrible doesn’t accommodate or help and one had a bad attitude
