It took 25 minutes just to check in as the lady who runs the front desk also does the laundry. You have to pay for more clean towels and they just simply wash your current ones and give them back. They only was 1 room at a time so you could be waiting a few hours for your towels. The "queen" size bed is really a full size

The hotels.com ad showed fitness , swim and breakfast included- NONE of them was there. The whole hotel smells of smoke including my "Non-Smoking" room!

Room was extremely dirty, bed was pushed against the wall where two couldn’t use it so we had to move the bed ourselves and make it. Mattress was at least new and still In plastic. Only one pillow for the room. Fake eyelashes in the sink. Floors were covered in dirt and you could see peoples footprints on the floor.

Horrible. Multiple cosmetic damages. Linens were thin and we could not get another pillow. No flatware, dishes or pots/pans in the kitchen. Fridge dents, couch rips, floor peeling up, tub safety bar missing, countertop partially installed. TV didn't work and could not get more than two towels. We had a reservation for Friday and Saturday night but changed hotels saturday.

The room hadn't been cleaned when we got to the location that evening. The person at the front desk wasn't very helpful. We had booked a double room, there weren't any more available, so we were charged for an extra room instead of comp'd the extra room. Poor cleanliness and poor customer solution skills.

Only give you 2 towels then want to charge you 3.50 to get clean ones. Never came around during my 2 week stay to take out garbage clean room or change bed linens.

Avoid this place Horrible service and place. place was locked up in the room there to check in or answer your phone. Waited 30 minutes was disgusting and broken and boards over the doors inside.
