Not at all what I expected When we arrived, the room on the surface was okay. However, when we went to take a shower, it was absolutely filthy. After peeling back the bed sheets, there was hair on the pillows, the sheets were dirty, and one of the pillows did not have a pillow case. My husband notified the night staff and they gave us replacement sheets and blankets for us to make up our bed. skip it the clerk upon check-out was rude and seemed like she was inconvenienced by everyone she had contact with, however checking out with another clerk was much better. the room was reeking of a moth ball smell that hit you in the face when you entered it. the fridge was in disrepair. one night was too many.

Terrible experience! I booked this hotel because they listed the room with a king bed and a fold out sofa. When I asked the clerk, what the trick was to get pull out the sofa, she explained how to pull it out. Only to find out it was not even a sleeper sofa!! It was a terrible night for a family of four! This hotel is very old and really needs some upkeep. When we first walked into the room, it smelled like heavy pinesol. I would never stay here again..way over priced or the area.

Needs Improvement Inexpensive but it needs a lot of TLC. Garbage and cigarette butts piled up around the grounds. The pool is locked unitl 9:00 AM and closes at 9:00 PM. I would not stay here again.

Not staying here again They didn't tell us we needed to fill out a form to get room service so we went 4 days with no room service. The air conditioner leaked so the rug was soaking wet all the time. The best thing about this place was the TGIFridays across the street.

DIRTY This hotel was dirty, the matress's were stained and hard as a rock. It smelled bad and looked dirty. The free continental breakfast was terrible. Overall bad experience.
