ignored Called the front desk 4 grimes last night to get wick code. No one ever answered. The breakfast was a basket of prepackaged muffins. Disappointed.

Don't stay here! Had pre paid reservation,but waited 20 minutes while the reservationist argued with a customer about the price of changing rooms. Never even acknowledged me. Got room key,went to room,and wished we were anywhere but there. Dirty stove,uncomfortable bed,pillows felt like they were stuffed with corn shucks. We were up and out of there at 4 am. Then had the nerve to charge 25$ for our dog. My dog isn't used to staying in such a miserable place. Would NEVER stay there again

needs a thorough cleaning The location is great but everything in the room was dingy and dirty. After a few days, i felt like i was camping.

Cheap room but not worth the savings Bathroom was not clean, mold on shower curtian stains on tub visible dirt on sink, no soap or bathroom toiletries no trashcan for the room carpet was not clean. Upon check in the rug at the lobby door had feces on it which someone had stepped in and spread on the carpet. Addressed with the checkin personnell and he said a dog was staying at the hotel and must have used the bathroom.

Wouldn't stay here again! The room had an odor to it and the sofa smelled so bad, I wouldn't sit on it! There was no maid service. We had to take our towels down to the desk in order to get more! Never stayed in a place where there was no maid service the entire time we were there!

Very tired hotel Even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking, there was a cigarette odor and 2 ash trays. The carpeting was old and wrinkled. The drawers in the kitchen and bathroom were dirty. There were missing kitchen items. The floor in the bathroom was stained and sticky. Requests to have it cleaned were not heeded. I would NOT recommend this hotel

4th time's a charm the staff was great, but their rooms weren't that great. it took four rooms before finally getting a clean, decent room. and the only reason i suspect that was clean and modern is because it looked as if it was recently updated for handicapped accessibility.

Not a good stay and experience!! I will not recommend anybody for this hotel as rooms are pretty bad,appliances are old and noise of AC will not let you sleep for the whole night. Proximity to eating joints and offices will be a plus factor to choose it for any type of stay!!
