My room smelled like rotten towels! My room smelled like rotten towels! Thank God we found a Wal-Mart near by to purchase air fresheners. Only one of the burners worked on the stove. I was embarrassed to invite family friend to visit me there s we meet up in the parking lot. I will most likely never stay there again.

Clean. Little tuff to get in the two front doors with baggage. They are not automatic and it's a small area.

dirty hotel with 3 stars. poor breakfast. each bed had terrable small. we didn't seat on dirty couch. it has dirty feeling. don't believe their breakfast. they have tiny breakfast room what just 2 people can stand. we don't call it is breakfast room. it was poor snack bar. there were apple. lemon. oatmeal powder(you have to make oatmeal with hot water by yourself). those were all what I found. some good review about this hotel should be made by people who is related with this hotel. very disappointed.

Bad service My reservation was not for filled the room request was not available the front desk person really tried to help the hotel was just over booked I got a full refund

Not good with kids Stayed 3 nights, pool was dirty, pull out sofa was filthy and broken, no ice machine or ice trays in our room, not a pleasant experience when taking a mini vacation with the family.
It was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. I have never seen a hotel that has breakfast called 'GRASP AND GO' !!!!!!!!!!
No waffles for breakfast? I really like hotel waffles. Normally, one of the high points of the hotel stay. That, and the nice pillows. They definitely had nice pillows. However, there were no waffles. What they consider a free "grab-and-go" breakfast is coffee and chewy bars. I hate coffee and chewy bars don't really do it for me.

Disappointing Arrived around 12.30a. Long drive from Charlotte and had an early meeting. Room was rather dirty, kitchen, walls and ceiling in bedroom area, Handle missing from fridge. Only 1 bar of soap in unit, no shampoo...just extremely disappointed. I usually always stay in ESAs when I need to book a stay, but not so sure now. The room rating before I booked was 3.5, which is ok, but certainly not the room I booked.
