Nasty, dirty, poor condition. Upon arrival, no one was at the front desk. No sign explains why or when someone would be back. Waited a while and the clerk showed up w a McDonalds bag. Evidentially only one person on staff. Room was filthy. Missing handle on fridge, old and ratty furniture. No shampoo or other bathroom supplies. Stay away from this place. Never again will I stay there!

Great location, disappointed with cleanlines Got this room because I live pretty far from where I work and had a late night/early morning planned and it's across from my office. the staff was super nice so I was surprised to see hair in the bathroom floor, sink and tub, but even more surprised to find hair all over the sheet when I pulled the covers back. The workers are pleseant but they still needed to be clear on what is expected of you. Such as they did not tell you that they do not have room service every day and you had to pick your day for it and that you had to throw your own garbage out.the room itself was good

Good service poor facility Great customer service but hotel is not so clean. Stains in the comforters and carpet. Carpet on stairs was black with dirt, Restroom door couldn't shut, pull out couch broken. The young lady attendant from Cleveland went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. This hotel needs Cintas sanis and tile and carpet services.

business trip The room smelled of old sweat and stale air. There was huge stain on the couch. The fire alarm when off forcing everyone outside. The clientele was mostly smokers ( I am not and do not like smoking)
