The Pool is closed, no food on weekends The whole purpose in staying (again) was to avoid the 80 mile round trip required to get to the office and back home. Last time I got a King room direct from the motel chain. This time I tried [...] but I got a queen room instead. Way too many surprises this trip. Almost left after the first night. Thinking seriously about paying $23.00 extra and staying a Marriott around the corner next time. At least, I get points there.

Extended Stay Deluxe Atlanta Perimeter 6330 P'tree Dunwoody I called early in the afternoon to say I'd be late, and they said fine. When I arrived at l0:30 PM I was sent to an unclean room with wet towels on the sofa, then a room with all the furniture piled on the bed. The desk clerk then took me to a third room which was clean, but very small and very hot. It took until 2 am to get it cool enough to sleep. STAFF UPDATE REQUIRED We were there to support a family member who was having heart surgery at a nearby facility. When we arrived our rooms were not prepared. The person at the front desk, [...], told us they were being cleaned and would be ready when we came back. When we came back they still were not cleaned. When I went back to the front desk to inform her of the status of the rooms she became quite defensive and unapproachable. does not live up to their claims upon arrival, the staff was not very helpful or pleasant. the beds were not made. the free breakfast was not available on the weekends, which was one of the main things i needed. on my last night there, at approx midnight, the fire alarm for the whole hotel went off, there was no response from the staff and a hotel manager from next door had to handle the situation. the next morning no one still had an explanation as to why the alarm went off.

Keep Looking Good: Great upscale location- minutes from restaurants, shopping, and a nice mall, short drive to downtown Atlanta. The price was competative, clean hotel and room, nice to have a kitchen, staff was very polite, adequate breakfast in the mornings, pet friendly. Bad: Musty smell in room, clicking A/C, no batteries in television remote, very firm bed, there was no 24/7 coffee bar which was advertised. After discovering that the toilet was clogged from the previous occupants, I was given a plunger and towels to fix... read more

this hotel is among the worst stays ever try it if you dare! this hotel is among the worst in every aspect! Dont even bother there is nothing deluxe about it, it stinks like smoke and the service is just straight out rude, i came on business and was glad i only stayed the weekend because it was a nightmare!

Hole in the wall This hotel is not ran correctly at all. Never could get reservation right, or check out was 25 minutes, with only me in line. No Change for payment.
