Smelly and bad service Horrible experience. We waited in the lobby for 20 minutes for someone to come check us in. The hallways stunk like vinegar. There was never anyone at front desk but when they did come around they were extremely unprofessional in appearance. Not a good choice.

Terrible The night attended was very rude and would not honor my reservation.
No dishes or cook ware in the room upon arrival. House keeping didn't come once during my 4 night stay. Internet was very slow.

Never again The room was not clean at all. Had hair in shower and in sheets. Hotel allows pets so the hallways smelled of pets and litter boxes as there was several animals in hotel. When I mentioned it to the hotel employee he gave me a bottle of febreeze from behind counter. Pool was not clean, had to clean it both times my family used it. Poorly maintained The bed was hard the bathroom door wouldn't shut. Yes the bathroom door wouldn't shut.

never coming back Lots of construction, business center was unavailable. The printer they told us to send files to didn't work so we had to find a different business to print things. Loud noises at all hours because of construction and room reeked of pot.
