Not Happy Not very clean. Very noisy. People in and out all night long. Kids bouncing upstairs until 2 am. Would not stay here again.

Disgusting and terribly managed. I was made to wait 30 minutes at 10:30 pm after a long drive to check in while the only staff was on the phone and fighting with some support person. It was akward and ridiculous to listen to along with the fact I was forced to wait while she verbily fought a coworker. I finally was able to get checked in only to find my the door to my room open when I found my way to my room(333). The room was a complete disaster. It had nasty crap on the walls and the ceiling. OK? Needs to be cleaned better. The bathrooms were a little bit dirty. Also a few updates would have been nice, but OK for the price and a quick trip.
bad hotel in a good neighborhood The exterior of this hotel is the nicest part. Staff was never at the front desk. Took 45 mins to check in. Room was worn down. Was afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet. Next time I'll spend the extra to stay somewhere else! Not worth the "bargin".

Smelly in 1 room We were given a room that had a very sickening smell. We complained to the front desk, who sent someone to check on our complaint. The person who checked agreed that the smell was over powering, and probably coming from the carpeting that was recently cleaned. They offered to give us another room, which we accepted. The second room was spotless, and smelled nice. Why they would even consider renting a room like the first one we were given is beyond us.

Could have been cleaner One of the staff was a lil rude, stove fan, and microwave wasn't clean, bathroom had only tissue. There was none of those other toiletrees that they said they provide.

I booked this hotel through hotels.com. When I arrived I thought it was the one I had stayed in before but it was a different one. I got to the other one and they gave me two non-smoking rooms in which I paid for smoking. They said they didn't have anymore smoking rooms. How do I pay for something you don't have.
family getaway I had problems checking in and with the tub drainage.
