The Worst ever This hotel visit started off bad when I walked through the door. Bed uncomfortable, horrible service, and lastly the lady at the front desk gave the room away to another person before I checked out! So someone just walked in while I was still there! I would never recommend nor stay at this hotel again!
Stay at Home I guess you get what you pay for. The price was great but there was food/drink left in the fridge from the previous guest as well as "hair" on the toilet seat and lid. The room was not clean as there was food splatter on the counter. I requested to have the bathroom recleaned and I was given gloves and cleaner to do it myself. Good Price, but you only get what you pay for Hotel is in a great location. Primary reason that I stayed there. Price was good, but the hotel needs some tender loving care. There was a anvertisement newspaper laying in the hallway when I arrived on Monday. On Friday when I left it was still laying in the hallway.
FAIL I would never recommend this place even though it is close to where I need to be. The sheets were dirty and they didn't clean the room. There was duck tape randomly hanging from the wall. The kitchennette drawers were dirty and the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. The phone never would work either.
Not 3 stars Got this as a blind deal. It was listed as a 3 star hotel. Not evend close. Offer said breakfast was included, wasn't. Said it had a full kitchen, nope. A microwave and fridge do not make a full kitchen . If it were a single person, it would have been fine, but we were a family. Kids ended up sharing a twin pullout bed.
Got a refund after 6 calls Ad on Web Page said nothing about the office being closed after 23:00. Got there, could not even get in the second door, no response to the button, looked in window and saw a sign that read "sorry" could not read remainder of the sign. Took my Money instantly for the room, but will take 5 days to get it back to me. I had to go to La Quinta down the road.
Not a 3 star - very disappointing I cannot believe this hotel gets 3 stars. It doesn't even deserve 2 in my opinion. There was no lobby, the 24 hour coffee bar did not exist and I had to wait 10 minutes to check in while I listened to the front desk employee carry on a personal telephone conversation. The room was sub-par. The sofa (loveseat really) had holes all over it and was very worn out. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were stripped, dented, peeling - just gross. In Need of Repair! Extended Stay Deluxe was located in a beautiful business park area that is very well maintained, however the hotel was NOT. It is rated a 3 star, probably because of the amenities that it has. I would NOT consider it a 3 star! The location was awesome, only about a mile off of I-285. Lots of restaurants and shopping conveniently located near the hotel. Wouldn't Stay Here Again I reserved a deluxe studio-king room. When I arrived I was told they didn't have a king room, in fact the clerk said there were only 4 king rooms in the entire hotel. Instead they had a queen room. OK, I figured no big deal. The knobs on the drawers were broken and missing, the wallpaper was torn and dirty.
