I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL OR ITS CHAINS I will never stay at a hotel chain. Your rooms are not cleaned until you stay there 7 days how ridiculous in America!!! Service sucked royally!!

Train horn couldnt get any sleep because trains kept passing by with extremely long, loud, and annoying horns.

Not worth the money Rude management staff, not cooperative. Kitchen amenities not working in assigned room.

100% DO NOT stay here. My stay here was 12 days long. I can't count the number of times I would get back to my room, put my key in the door, and it not work. I'd then have to go down to the front desk, and they would have to reprogram the card.....and then tell me to keep my key away from "anything with electricity running through it" seriously? You're going to put this on me? Never have I ever had an issue with a hotel key. All of this on top of the train that sounds like it's running RIGHT outside the door, blowing its ho... read more

CHOOSING MYSTERY HOTEL WAS A BAD SUPRISE CHECK-IN WAS EASY, BUT UPON ARRIVING TO ROOM I WAS IN COMPLETE SHOCK AND THOUGHT IT WAS A BAD JOKE. ROOM WAS A DISASTER! BED UNMADE AND TRASH ALL OVER. HAD TO GO BACK TO REPORT CONDITION AND ASK FOR ANOTHER ROOM. VERY DISGUSTING AND ANNOYING. NOT WORTH CHOOSING THE MYSTERY DEAL AT ALL.

WORST experience ever! Absolutely filthy! Worst experience ever! Cigarette smell in the room even though hotel says no smoking allowed. Found a partially smoked cigarette by the bed, and a clump of animal hair in the middle of the bathroom. Floors throughout the entire hotel were FILTHY. Dust is scattered all over the lobby. The breakfast is nasty, VERY small! The bed-sheets looked used and unwashed. Will be testing for bed bugs soon.

Do Not Stay Here Construction on the 3rd floor, which is not awful but when you are trying to sleep at 730am on a Saturday and are woken up by hammering not pleasant. Most of the 1st is reserved for long and I mean long term residents, not hotel guest. The breakfast is a joke - "grab and go" is what they call it but it's more like coffee and a packaged tiny muffin. Room was semi clean with none of the kitchen supplies in room. We left after 1 night of a 3 night stay. Do not stay here.
