Room was very small. Wires in the exhaust fan above the cook top were exposed. Border along the counter top was missing. Hallway was very dark.

Run away...unless you smoke. We stayed here because it was cheap on a weekend when Austin has SXSW going on. We thought because it was in round Rock it would have been kept up. First off the lady who checked us in seemed to not care much. The room lacked a coffee pot and cups. In a hotel with big smoke free hotel sign at the desk it seemed that our room was a smoking room. Almost a horro movie The 1st room on the 1st floor had tape over the peep hole to the outside hallway. Trash on the floor. Phone did not work and was not connected and the window was unlocked and the safety bar for the window unscrewed. Almost sounds like the beginning of a horror movie. And a noisy ac unit. No feeling of safety in this room. Staff gave me a new room on the 3rd floor. Still no working phone and the window unlocked. Didn't sleep well

Spend the extra $20 for a better place Let's see the bathroom sink was not draining and the toilet was constantly running forcing me to get up and readjust the flapper. The bed is a twin size and hard as a rock. The desk with the chair is as basic as it gets very small and uncomfortable. The WIFI has a strong signal across the floors the problem is not with the reception but with the connection at best i got 0.75mbps download and 0.33mbps upload, that is pathetic and no even fast enough to watch anything on youtube. Worst experience ever! I needed a last minute place to stay and this was cheap and looked nice for a great price & a one night stay. Well it was terrible from the minute I got into my room. The bed looked like a group Of kids had been jumping on the bed. The light was not even covered and didn't work,when u turned it on it buzzed and tried ton"light" but never worked. The website says it has cooking utensils and a coffee pot and things like that and it did not. The place was not very clean and the bed was uncomfortable . I also called the front desk the day I was leaving and asked for late check out and I still had someone come banging on my door and I had to scream at her saying I was checking out late and she starting to argue with me which was very unprofessional. Rooms are super small. The pictures online are very deceiving. The beds are too small. No ice machine im the entire hotel. ..really? ?

Not recommend I woke up late. I had no soap, shampoo or towels. I had to dry with a small hand towel. I could not get the front desk to complain. Issues were addressed and the clerk said sorry because they had several of the same complain that morning. They did not offer to deduct or alter my bill. I should have stayed in a tent on the river. BAD BAD BAD experience
