Lower end for this hotel chain,but very nice staff Inadequate kitchen gear to actually cook, which is why I wanted Extended Stay in the first place. The stove and vent hood were grease-covered and smelled awful. The microwave smelled bad. The parking areas were covered in bird droppings.

I checked in late in the evening. The girl working the front desk was already agitated. She couldn't find my reservation, and when she tried to run my credit card, it wouldn't go through. I was tired and just wanted to get to my room. She wasn't very friendly or helpful. For breakfast, they put a cart right next to the front desk which had coffee, packaged muffins and granola bars. Room that hadn't been cleaned We arrived and the hotel was under staffed after a long wait we got our room. We went to the room and it hadn't been cleaned. Disappointing Hotel.

Crazy staff When tryin to check in, young lady at front desk kept yelling at the computer when she was the one making the mistakes this was behaivior repeated 6 more times made me feel very uncomfortable

terrible service and staff no breakfast provided and there was no shampoo in the room. i asked the staff if i can have shampoo, she said would find it. i asked 30 mins later. she said" we dont have it" ! i would suggest that you avoid this place. you may want other EAS, but this location is worst for something in tx and so close to austin.

disappointed guest took a while to check in. Not what I expected. Room was okay not super clean or guest ready in the kitchen. But it was okay for the first night. Woke up next morning to find a/c not working. Called it in and I was told it would be fixed upon my arrival back later that day. It wasn't. The night person seemed concerned but did not offer to check other Extendastay places to see if they had rooms as this one was booked. Couldn't get my refund from them. Horrible service not happy. Upon arrival I had no room. The hotel was overbooked. Hotel.com took my money and I slept in my car. I will not recommended this service to anyone ever again!

Cheap room, but not so professional staff Hotel location was good. Few restaurants and bars around. But the hotel staff appeared a bit unprofessional. Room was also small, but I guess you get what you pay for.

- The size of the beds are a full, just in case anyone is wondering. Reserved the room for four people and there were only 2 towels in the restroom. I went down and asked the front desk for more towels and I was told to bring the two down after we use them and they will give me more. Continental breakfast is a "Grab n Go" breakfast, only individual packaged muffins, apples, oranges, granola bars.
