Motel next to a freight train track The location is only about a few hundred feet from the train track. Loudly honking freight train runs by almost every 30 mins or so through out the night. Could not sleep!!! Ended up canceling rest of the stay after 2 nights...

Review of Extended Stay Round Rock TX The value of the services and room were definitely not worth the amount charged. There was no customer service provided by the staff. Breakfast options were what I would have expected at a Motel 6, in other words not edible. They did not even offer a wake call option. Instead they said to use the alarm clock in the room which did not work. I gave up requesting one after the 3rd one that they brought me did not work either. The HVAC unit did not work properly. The service is basic NONE, no supply at all unless you go to the front office , ask for and pick it up by yourself even a small bottle of hair conditioner.

Day trip The staff was nice But the hotel room condition was less than ideal. The chair was severely stained, the bathroom had hair everywhere-even on the back of the bathroom door. There were roach traps in the room which was offsetting. The room had a smell to it which smelled like air freshener but it was a pleasing scent. Just didn't seem clean. I travel with Lysol so I sprayed everything down.
