Wasn't a nice stay this time I tràvel for work so I use them it says the room is supposed to have dishes not true their dishes r for sale only the cable is no good this time I came the washers wasn't working and they had a lot of dogs I was on the 3 floor I tell them I work 12 hours overnight this time I had barking dogs on both sides so I didn't get much rest 🙄
My stay was ok I was traveling for work my stay was ok

Extended Stay America Austin - Round Rock - North Amazing stay & location if your worried about if all rooms have a refrigerator only the two beds have a full refrigerator

Refund for one night I needed this room bcoz of an emergency in our home. I booked for 2 nights but stayed only for one night. This was my first experience with Hotels.com- the hotel said I could cancel a night if I did not need it. I was trying to reach hotels.com by phone a and even sent an email for the refund but I have not heard back. We do not have any business at this time and I would really appreciate you could refund me the money for one night. Thanks
