Refund for one night I needed this room bcoz of an emergency in our home. I booked for 2 nights but stayed only for one night. This was my first experience with Hotels.com- the hotel said I could cancel a night if I did not need it. I was trying to reach hotels.com by phone a and even sent an email for the refund but I have not heard back. We do not have any business at this time and I would really appreciate you could refund me the money for one night. Thanks

The bathroom was like a bathroom from A gas station no counter to put your stuff on no blow dryer or anything. It just had a small sink a toilet and a shower no tub.
