The staff was great and very helpful. But the conditions of the hotel were more then horrible. Their was broken furniture in the room. The smoke alarm was disconnected and shoved in a draw. Worst if all the room was filthy. Dirt on the floors and all in the draws( actual dirt) Sheets on the bed dirty with stains. Worst of all infested with roaches crawling all over the floors and walls. Would not recommend to stay here

Room was clean and neat. The location was a little inconvenient. One of the doors was of the hinges and the surrounding area was trashed. ( not the location)

Would not recommend No one was available to provide extra covers, the phone didn't work, the ac didn't get cold enough

Overall it was an okay place. We left after night one due to mold being found on the sheets. Staff was very understanding about the issue and wanted to make it right but we just didn’t feel Comfortable staying there another night.

Upon arrival, after driving all night, we were late for check in. But there was a sign that said "for late check in, please dial 0!" The young lady that came downstairs was extremely RUDE, rolling her eyes. When she liftes the gate, our room keys were sitting out. We asked are these ours?" She snatched them and said no. She said with late check ins, they usually cancel the room...i said if thats the case, why have a sign there that says call 0 for "late check-in" and it not be specific about what is considered "late check-in... read more

Booked a queen bedroom for 2 nights. Upon arrival I was given a room that was still occupied by another guest, when I was then switched to a second room it was found to also be occupied by another guest as well.
