No Tv in the room. Asked the manager for compensation since there was no TV. She said No !! I paid for a room with TV. Didn’t get compensation !! Hotel Not clean !!! Will never stay there again !!!
Extended Stay- Austin-Round Rock-North Where do I start....First, I was not informed that T.Vs were not working till after I checked in. My room had a terrible smell. There were dead crickets and roaches. My phone did not work. Worst stay I have ever had. Look elsewhere.

Friendly staff and front desk.
Called to inform property of a late check in while on my drive and was told there were no rooms available despite having confirmation. Told third party vendor (Expedia) did not verify room availability prior to giving me a confirmation.
