It was a bare bones hotel with barking dogs
They didn’t have staff available over check in after 10pm. They have a phone to call customer services to then call the attendee. It was very u profesional and I’m still waiting to get a room.
The worst place I have ever stayed in ! ROACHES !!!! That’s all I can say, ROACHES !!!! The worst place ever and I had the hardest time getting my money back due to the travel service said the hotel had to do it and the hotel said the travel service had to! They played the game of blame each other to attempt not to give me my money back !
Rooms were dirty. Dead crickets all over the room. Also found a cockroach on one of the beds the last day.
This was the worse place I have ever stayed in never again
Our room was not smoke free, cleaned or bug free.
The room smelt of black mold, sure enough went in the bathroom and the ceiling was covered
